I also understand that the products listed on this website are not intended or to be used to treat any type of medical condition. I understand that I might be billed under the name Marmalade Lane.

Marmalade Lane is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. Consult a physician before using any of our Products if you have any medical condition including, but not limited to, strokes, high blood pressure, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, diabetes, anemia, depression, anxiety, other psychiatric conditions, a family history of these or other medical conditions, or if taking any prescription, OTC and/or other medications. Terms and Conditions:

By ordering today I am authorizing the credit card I provide to be charged by clicking to order. I represent that I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and full Terms and Conditions of this offer and I understand that I will be liable for payment of product that was shipped to me.

Exchange Policy:

If any products arrive damaged or broken, or part of your order is missing, you must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery.

Purchases Disclaimer:

Given the uncertainty and rapid pace of change of relevant laws, Marmalade Lane makes no representation as to the legality of CBD under laws applicable to you. Purchases are at your own risk.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Options- Marmalade Lane will ship mainly through USPS and USPS Priority and reserve the right to change our shipping outlet at anytime to best serve our customers. Depending on the location of the shipment, Marmalade Lane will select the best shipping service for your location. 

Packaging- corrugated boxes, insulated mailers, die-cut mailer, pack mailers, bubble wrap, feeder paper. 

Processing timeframe: 2-3 business days from time payment is processed.  Please allow 3-10 business days for your product(s) to be delivered from the time payment is processed.  

Due to state restrictions we are unable to ship CBD products to Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and South Dakota.  We do not ship internationally at this time.

Return/Cancellation Policy:

All sales are final.  We are unable to make changes to orders that have already been placed.  However, if you need to cancel an order please email marmaladelanecbd@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please keep in mind that orders are quickly filled and shipped.

Class Action Waiver

You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action, consolidated action or private attorney general action) unless all relevant parties specifically agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration. If this Class Action Waiver clause is found to be illegal or unenforceable, this entire Provision will be unenforceable, and the dispute will be decided by a court.
